My online order never arrived after waiting almost 2 hours (I double checked that all of the delivery information was correct).... When I called to have my order refunded, they said that only a manager could do it, put me on hold for 15 minutes, then said themanager was too busy with other orders and would have to call me back. They never did. After another 20 minutes I called againto speak to the manager and they still did not put him on the phone and said he was too busy and that they?ll have to refund theorder later ?when it slows down?. I put in the wrong address for delivery and the driver not only went to the wrong address but actually delivered it to the... correct address with a positive attitude. And the driver was wearing a mask when he brought the food to my door... not everyrestaurant is still practicing COVID protocols when it comes to delivering so it's very refreshing that he and his store are.There was a couple of things wrong with the order and whoever I spoke to on the phone was happy to replace and redeliver them orjust credit the account.
