Love Joe & The Juice and had my first sandwich in Iceland years before they opened their store first store in the... US. Disappointed by the service and freshness of the avocado. While the sandwiches had avocado that wasn?t fresh (it wasdiscolored meaning it has been cut half a day or more before), that?s something I could look over. It was the service that lefta bad impression. The staff turned myself and others away and told us to order online. I went back for lunch later that day, andthere was the same problem - ppl waiting in line to only find out and be told staff was not accepting online orders. Why notjust put a sign up front to let ppl know? After I made the suggestion, I was accused for talking behind their back. Veryconfusing and unprofessional. Overall, it seems that staff are overworked, need more team members to handle the volume oforders during peak hours. Management help out here. I won?t be returning here. Read more

I love the brand and always going to there in New York. But in this branch was terrible. I think lady is not serving; she is... almost fighting with you. She is not representing the brand. Read more

I will never come back to this place. I ordered two ?pick me up? juices (strawberry + banana+apple) and it came a juice tasting... only Ginger, which is not supposed to have on the juice, so I went back to the shop to ask the manager if it was right and shewas so but so rude with me that the other guy in the line was embarrassed. I paid $21 to be mistreated and not have what I paidfor. Read more

I have been to Joe & the Juice in multiple countries but will never return to this location. Both Google and the Joe & the Juice... app say this location is open until 6:00pm. I ordered ahead on the app and arrived before 5:30 to find the lone employeecleaning and saying all ingredients were put away already. I will just go to River North next time. Read more

I love Joe and the Juice and eat it religiously for lunch, going to various locations around Chicago. My order is the Tunacado... with a coffee shake. It almost always hits the spot (shoutout River North J&J) but this location is in severe need of help. Notonly does management need to hire more staff, but they also should train their staff. I asked for a fresh avocado and was told"We don't have any fresh avocados." I asked if she could cut a new one open to which she replied "They are all the same." So Iate my tuna without cado but still paid almost $20 total for the 2 items. Manager, please help this place out as it is in agreat location (sears tower) for anyone who works in the loop. I can imagine your profits would improve too as people arestarting to avoid this spot and go to the other healthy options in the building. Thank you. Read more

The employee is always by him self trying to juggle orders, serving and making juices and food. One star because the owner must... be banking so an acai bowl costs $11.95 and the poor guy had to explain that there is no granola and no hemp seeds. When theyfirst started out in Chicago they were on top of their business. Not anymore. This is the second in a week I visit one of thestores and once again disappointed. If I am paying $12 for an acai bowl it better have all the ingredients!!!!. Rethink yourbusiness model because I will rethink before I give you my business . Read more

Just go to the Starbucks right above it. Poor guy serving was on another planet. Incredibly slow, couldn?t remember our order... for the time it took him to make half of it. Coffee was fine when we finally got it. Read more
