When Me and my daughter got there. We just had to take a picture with Jollibee. I order are food it was a wait. I seen a couple... of slow-dragging workers. It's supposed to be fast-food, but it wasn't. I was waiting on my rice too complete my order,but whenI got my rice it was cold, everything else was hot. The chicken was good and the warm rice. The manager was customer focused the food I think not .Was this old chicken you gave? Me the gravy was the best part of the meal... undercooked chicken slimy inside then asked to cook well done they gave me back the same chicken overcooked As well the costwas unreasonable for the product.I won?t be back. We ordered online for a pick up at 5:45, arrived exactly at 5:45 but the food is cold. The fries were soggy and the chicken is... not crispy, it felt like the order has been sitting for at least half an hour. Hubby said some employees were on their phonesand just didn?t seem to care. This is our second visit at this location, the first time was bad as well. The trash piled uptall, bathroom was out of toilet paper, tables were dirty, the soft drink machine was out of Pepsi, even after we told theemployee, no one came to refill. We didn?t see anyone wearing gloves, and most of the time employees were chatting behind thecounter. After the second try we definitely won?t be back again, it?s a shame that this store is sitting on such a primelocation, but yet offering such poor experience. Read more
From my perspective, spaghetti and fried chicken should not be a normal combo. Yet, it just worked great. The sauce is pretty... sweet, so having the fried chicken there to balance it out helps great. Also, Jollibee has the best mascot. It?s a jolly bee. Read more
Nothing overwhelming. I ordered a two piece chickenjoy with soda and a side of rice. I?ve had jollibee from a few other places... in the US before and this was passable when compared to the other Jollibees. Service was ok. Went there at 8:15pm on Monday and they had already locked the door and started cleaning. Update: went back today at 5:30 pm... and ordered 6 pics chicken joy bucket and a beef burger to go. They forgot my burger and gave me an additional gravy instead ... Read more
Newly opened location right on S michigan. It was my first time at jollibee, heard a few good things about it so decided to... try. I think its okay, not like a super good fried chicken sandwich! Tried spicy chickenwich meal. Definitely have hadbetter. In terms of service that was pretty quick. Read more
We waited quite a long time. There are signs posted that they are understaffed so we knew going in it could take awhile. Ordered... 2 chicken sandwiches and a Jolibee spaghetti. The chicken was fresh and battered well. The spaghetti at first was sweet andnot my favorite but it grew on me the more I ate. I wouldn't be opposed to eating there again. Read more
