I just ordered a spicy chicken ceasar wrap. I should have known the tortillas/wraps were stale because when the worker tried to... roll it the first time the wrap split. But the chicken was dry like it had been under heat lamp for hours or microwaved. Morelettuce than meat. I get its a "chicken ceasar" wrap, but why WHOLE croutons. That was an unpleasant crunch all throughout. Thewrap literally crumbled. And all I had was "Just Salad" pun intended. I don't think if it wasn't dried out, old, and flavorlessthat it would have been any better. It needs to be permanently removed from the menu in my opinion. I love this company and what they stand for. Every time I am down in the loop for work, I always remember to bring my bowl! ... I've been to this location a few times now and one thing I have noticed is that they do not give you many greens. Three times Ihave paid for a salad or bowl that has filled maybe, at most, 2/3 of my blue bowl. It has not been enough for a meal and leftme having to add my own spinach if I'm on the way home to eat, or to buy something else. I will likely to walk a bit further toother locations that I have been to before, but it is definitely worth supporting this overall company and their values. Read more
This is my go-to lunch spot at the Merchandise Mart. I keep coming back because Just Salad offers high quality ingredients and... healthy options that can be tailored to my dietary restrictions. I'm a big fan of the Warm Chicken & Goat Cheese Bowl and theChicken Poblano Salad. The staff is super friendly and the service is always quick. Highly recommend! Read more
Absolutely the best SALAD EVER. I'm beyond impressed with their food and customer service. I also like how this restaurant works... on being a sustainable. You can purchase a reusable bowl and they provide you 1 free topping. How awesome is that! Will be back,I hope to see them in the western suburbs, oak brook hint hint. Read more

I had a salad here for the first time and I loved their salads and their service. They have so many different choices to choose... from and their prices are very reasonable. I had the pleasure of having Danny serve me and he was a dream. He was sopersonable, helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. He helped me decide what to choose from the menu. I am a huge supporter of just salad, especially when I lived in NY and was hoping to find one here in Chicago close to where I... work. The workers here are not so friendly, they don?t even ask if you would like extra protein they just move along to the nextthing and give attitude when you say you would like to add other things, also the green portions are very small and not filling.The two people I?ve came in counter with so far have just left a bad taste in my mouth to even continue coming back.
