Too bad I had to give it a star. First I needed 2 orders but the order taker told me that under no circumstances do they do more... than one order in drive thru, which was fine so I went inside to place my order. I checked my orders after receiving them andthere were no utensils in the bags and both orders had mashed potatoes and slaw.The young lady taken drive thru orders. Wasstanding at the drive thru window and I asked for some utensils as well as hot sauce. She actually slid the utensils across thenor so clean counter top. I asked for different new ones and her remark to me was.. so what if it was something on the counterthe utensils had plastic on them. I insisted on it and she said to me that I must not want them then cause she ain't giving medifferent ones. And told the other workers that she wasn't giving me S..t, the manager actually had to give me some. I placed mymonies in their hands and I expect the same service.
