Went for Dine in, had to wait 10-15 mins, still no one was ready to take the order so went to drive thru. Ofc they had to mess... up the order. ALWAYS CHECK YOUR FOOD BEFORE LEAVING!!! They will 100% always mess up your order. Every time I go they mess up. This is my last... time going because i get once or twice but they always mess up. Too bad I had to give it a star. First I needed 2 orders but the order taker told me that under no circumstances do they do more... than one order in drive thru, which was fine so I went inside to place my order. I checked my orders after receiving them andthere were no utensils in the bags and both orders had mashed potatoes and slaw.The young lady taken drive thru orders. Wasstanding at the drive thru window and I asked for some utensils as well as hot sauce. She actually slid the utensils across thenor so clean counter top. I asked for different new ones and her remark to me was.. so what if it was something on the counterthe utensils had plastic on them. I insisted on it and she said to me that I must not want them then cause she ain't giving medifferent ones. And told the other workers that she wasn't giving me S..t, the manager actually had to give me some. I placed mymonies in their hands and I expect the same service. Every time I come here I get excellent service Efficient and welcoming staff, and never had an issues on my order. Because all... staff there are so attentive. I ordered 3pcs chicken box it comes with coleslaw. The chicken served hot and crispy. And I lovedalso their coleslaw. It was juicy and tasty chicken. The service at this KFC was very pleasant. The food was hot and fresh, andthe employees gave speedy service with a positive attitude. It was top notch customer service and good quality of food. 10/10would eat again and again. This last time I was disappointed with their chicken, I ordered ahead and picked up, the order was right . But chicken was... small and tasted like it was made the day before and it was reheated again, maybe it was made the same day but that's thequality I got from them this time.
