I've had problems with this particular kfc before but today they said a promotion was over despite a sign being up promoting it.... And we were able to order it on the phone. They also took 10 minutes longer than the projected time. The portions on the friesdidn't even fill the box. I really hate this kfc and I regret coming here. Other locations I love. Just avoid this one. Ifinally wasn't really disappointed with this KFC they made my food right and there were no problems. Hopfully it will never beas bad as it was again. Read more
Placed order for pickup big mistake! We were suppose to have 44 PC chicken ended up with 23 had to go back for the rest. Got the... coleslaw & potatoes right but count the chicken right. Was told the order was big but correct but wasn't correct. Employee wasvery unprofessional about it when I went back for the rest of the order especially when she was the employee at the window whenI did the pickup. 1st) I'm glad the manager made this correction. 2nd)I think the employees need to take more pride in there jobespecially dealing with the public. I only say this because I've been in retail for over 30yrs and there is no way I would oftolerated this kind of conduct to any customer. Was really looking forward to trying this new buffalo ranch sauce the restaurant is advertising but unfortunately I can?t... because the staff forgot to give it to me. The pop machine was also disgusting and I?m probably going to get diarrhea now sothanks for that Read more
Horrible an hour before they close they decide to ignore the speaker in the drive thru.. when calling the restaurant the manager... was very rude and unprofessional!! Can?t believe they just hire anyone to run a fast food corporation with no customerservice!! Or professionalism Read more
When reading reviews , I keep things in perspective, but this place was un eatable! I've never been more disappointed from a... fast food restaurant. When we got home, of course, it was discovered they forgot to give us the 2 graveys that go with with 16piece meal. When my bf went back they didn't even apologize! They only tried to give 1 gravey . We paid for 2! To top it offthe biscuits were under cooked. I tried to bake, but they are still doughy after 2 attempts. Terrible! Read more
I don?t know what it is but this KFC always drags. They always forget something or they don?t have the items. You need to... double check before you leave, or check that you got the correct items. They need to do a better job at getting things done. Read more
