I had the worst experience here this past Friday. It all started when we walked in. No one sat us so we sat ourselves. We waited... about 20-30 min for someone to come take our order (mind you it was 4pm and empty). We finally got a waitress who realized thatour complimentary app wasn't even on the table. She noticed we had an infant and didn't even offer a highchair. We asked her oneand she forgot because someone else decided to offer us one. She came over and took our order. Our food came out super quick sowe began to eat. During the course of our meal- ANA our waitress did not stop one second at our table asking us who we ae or ifwe needed anything. I saw her walk by and just walk past us. My mom did not like her soup that she ordered. Finally when ANAwanted to take her sweet time to ask my mom told her what she didn't like and my mom specifically said, "I am not mad at youbecause you just take the food but I am letting you know to tell them." During their talk ANA got like frustrated and respondedto my mom, "That is what I said in the beginning," with a big attitude. I am sorry but you do not raise your voice at customerfor any reason. My mom was not attacking her all she did was simply answer ANA's question. So because of this we didn't see ANAwait on us anymore. She didn't even bother to give us the bill while she gave every table theirs- continued to ignored us. Mymom got up and paid at the front- NO WE DID NOT TIP ANA because from the beginning she wasn't being aware of her attitude withus. I hope they take this review and do something about their staff because this was ridiculous. She was so unprofessional andrude. I been calling for 1 hour and when I get there I call again to see if it rings and it was ringing the lady that was next to the... phone was not picking up. So upsetting that the only thing she has to do is answer the phone and she didn?t do this. The ladythat came after me said the same thing happen to her. I ask the lady why she don?t answer when she pick up the phone in front ofme she said it didn?t ring. I?m like look it says 15 miss calls from me. Please talk to this lady she needs to get better. Hands down best place for drinks and sea food my favorite in town
Gave this place 3 chances but the bad experience was all the same. I understand it's a seafood place and all, but is that reason... enough for dirty sticky tables and bad attitude from the waitresses when asked for it to be cleaned? The food would be great ifit wasn't served cold. I have dined there with my family of 5 which includes small children. The dining experience should beexperienced within us all, I hate the fact that my kids food arrives half hour before everyone else's. Also, it literally takes20 minutes for another drink to be brought to the table, even on a slow day. Nothing against the establishment, but managementis the issue here. Definitely a result of lack of training and overall attentiveness to customers which reflects completely onmanagement. When it takes 30 minutes to get the server's attention for the check that says a lot. Read more
We've driven past this place since forever and decided to check it out. It was a heavily shrimp kind of menu and the only other... option was a platter of crab legs but the server highly discouraged us to order due to the crab legs were too thin. I like thatshe gave us that suggestion and stopped us from a dissapointing lunch. So we order the seafood combo Platter which was good, notfantastic but good. I would try this place again when in the neighborhood. One thing to mention that this placed excelled inwere all the tropical drinks on the menu, if you come, come for this.
