Service was Atrocious Myself and 3 other clients waited on chicken wings for over an hour. The 1st customer got the wrong order... twice. We all have to check our bags before we left to make sure we had the right items that we ordered. Read more
Nice family dinning, clean. A new way of dining though...you need to place your order first at the ordering desk, then find a... table. They need to change that system. Not good for seniors to stand. Read more
This place was like a ghost town they have change the way you dine in it had to be one person who took your order and they did... that at a premade counter where you prepaid then you found your own seat. Their bacon Cheese burger was absolutely amazing, the only downside was the wedges. wasnt it?s biggest fan. Felt a bit chewy and... underwhelming to past wedges I?ve been exposed to. Read more
Just close down already. Food is terrible, no service, it?s a microwave place only now. You wait for 30 mins and the food is... still old! Plastic dinnerware in to go wrapping, plastic to go cups, I mean at this point why bother. This was once athriving, really good place to eat. It?s now a shell of its former self. The food was underwhelming. Pizza was ok, but the tenders and wings lacked flavor and were dry. The servers were very nice... though. Enjoyed them. Hope the food gets better. Read more
I ordered a medium cheese and saugage pizza and it had no taste . Eveything tasted bland. 28 bucks . I ate one piece went back... toeat the other piece still bland .Very disooited mybe tomorrow Ill try to put my own twist to it . Read more
Me and 11 friends decided to return to Leona's for the first time since the pandemic. Not only has the ownership/management... changed but so has their business model. The notion of standing at a desk while a new and poorly trained employee enters yourorder into a computer is asinine. Beyond the ordering "system" is the fact that the employee charged me for each item that wassupposed to be included in the dinner. When I brought this to his attention he called himself apologizing by saying "This isthe way the owners have the system set up." The on-duty manager explained to him that he had entered the order incorrectly andcorrected his error. The quality of the food was very disappointing. My minestrone soup was lukewarm and bland. My chickentenders were much smaller than two of my friends' orders. Also, a couple of my potato wedges were not fully cooked. Therewere 12 of us and the last order was received after the other 11 had finished their meals. Before the pandemic we would go toLeona's every month after our chapter meeting. Not only will we no longer support this restaurant but we will discourage all ofour family, friends, and neighbors from supporting Leona's until they change their business model and food quality.
