Even if you order through the app you still have to wait a very long time to be able to pick up your order. What is the point of... even ordering in advance? Also, the pizza here is just so bland. I would like to give 3 1/2 stars. It has its moments. But they need to work on their customer service skills. Not only that,... whomever is cooking the pizzas needs to lower the temperature on the oven. This is not the 1st time I got a "well done" pizza.Last time I took it back, but this time I was in hurry. Little Caesars managers need to keep an eye on things or put someone onexpo. Then the people working there want to get frustrated because your returning your pizza. If you don't want to work withpeople then this job is not for you. I told the girl have a nice day, she said nothing and so i say i will too, thank you. Iworked in the fast food industry for more than 20+ years and you just gotta do what you gotta do. I still cut them slack but itneeds a lot of work. Come on Little Caesars get on your business here! Worst customer service. I placed a large order for my special needs classroom a day in advance for an end of the year pizza... party. Ordered was accepted and paid for. Next day after waiting over an additional hour for the food to be delivered andcalling the store repeatedly with no answer, I drove to the store and the order was just sitting there. No attempt to call me tolet me know the delivery would be unavailable/late. Store refused to refund my delivery fee and the generous tip I added. Took 3calls and over an hour after work to finally get through to customer service and they only refunded the tip and delivery fee. Nocompensation for the inconvenience or the fact that our food was barely warm by the time we got it. I will not do business hereagain Read more

Completely horrible workers for the late shift. Ordered 2 stuffed crust pepperoni pizzas. Done in time however when brought home... I opened both boxes and both pizzas were extremely small and was mostly bread, barely any toppings at all!! I go back and theystill have the audacity to ask what is wrong with them!!! They were practically personal sized pizzas instead of large sized.They didn't even offer a discount, a free soda or pizza. Completely horrible experience. Also, it took the workers approximately7min to notice I was there since they were extremely busy chit chatting in the back. Read more
Service was fast. They said it would be 10-15mn and it took less than 10. The pizza looks and taste way better than before.... Great bang for the buck! Read more
The pizza is good for the price point. I recommend the thin crust or deep dish. They have recently added new items to their... menu. Definitely check it out. It can get very crowded. When it does I just leave. It's not worth it. Different businesses onsite. Their is a big parking lot. Read more
Got a code to get my food only to find out someone else took it. Then waited an extra 30mins still got no food. Young cashier... girl said she opened the door for me to get my food when the box was empty the whole time!!! Horrible customer service!!! Youngboy working in the back wants to say he didn't receive a raise to work hard enough.. Store needs to hire new people!! Read more
