I was completely dissatisfied with the Szechwan wontons and Szechwan chicken. The Szechwan Wontons had no flavor outside of... tasting like spicy chili oil. The vegetables in the Szechwan chicken were cooked well, had a good crunch and tasted fresh, butlike the Wontons, the flavor was nearly non-existent. This was my first and last time ordering from this restaurant. Read more

We had the Crab Rangoon as an appetizer. The sweet and sour sauce was incredible! For dinner we had the Walnut Shrimp (is served... with white rice) and Combination Fried Rice. Both were fantastic! This has become our favorite place for Chinese/Japanesecuisine, since discovering it last year during one of the dine on Broadway events. Read more

Walked in at around 8:30 and took us almost 20 minutes to be seen as two tables after us received service. We had a 45 min wait... at Rotary Sushi but this has no wait and I would rather have waited at Rotary. There was one waiter in the area and for somereason we had a different server. Once we got I believe his name was Mike, it took another 20 minutes to get appetizers and aminute later our entrees came over. He was an older gentleman that was very soft spoken For the following 30 minutes he cameover once and had to ask the other server in the area for to go boxes and checks. The food was tasted good and was correctexcept I had no vegetables with mine and I asked for extra vegetables and didn’t get them and was irritated enough to not askand the sushi was very small for 10 pieces and $17 and more like 6 pieces but restaurant was very clean. The service was someof the worst I’ve ever had and that’s coming from a former server and bartender. I ordered a sushi roll and sesame chickenand even with a tip was $40 and don’t think the experience was worth it. Read more

The sushi was good - dining solo so I had the sampler. The potstickers were amazing (yep that was dessert). Mike was the... bartender and he was great. He knew his way around the spirits they offered and was honest when he didn’t know. He wins myreturn business. Why don’t more people sit at the bar?? Read more

We tried the chicken fried rice and lunch General Tso chicken. Firstly, wow they give a HUGE lunch portion! Secondly, this place... was cute and very yummy! We were a little bummed we couldn’t upgrade our white rice for fried rice with the lunch chicken. Also bummed they don’t offer side orders of noodles or fried rice in case you wanted to do a small plate/ “taste ofChicago”. Overall really good though. Read more
