It's very cute. The aesthetic of the place is clean, chill, and relaxing vibe. It's got beautiful plants. We wanted a roof... seating but too bad it was packed so we opted for bar seating to relax. The truck stop nachos comes with beans, questo, onions,jalapeños, banana peppers, tomatoes and a protein. We chose Picadillo beef which is one grounded beef perfect for nachos thoughI don't think we be upset if we got the barbacoa either. The margarita was good size and strong as well. NEIGHBORHOOD GEM!!! This is perfect for a warm summer day. The patio is wonderful. Be prepared for the stairs! The interior of... the restaurant is also aesthetically pleasing. Friendly staff. The menu is not elaborate but I definitely enjoyed the salsa &chips! The salsa is freshly made. They have a kick so if you don’t like spicy, beware! The burritos were different butenjoyed. Went in for my birthday lunch, and the service was excellent, as well as the food, and drinks! I had the fish taco bowl, which... was fantastic, my cousin had the crunchy beef quesarito, which I will quote her as saying "it lacked in crunch, but I ate thewhole thing, so I cannot complain!" My aunt had the barbacoa burrito which she also devoured. We also had cocktails, themargaritas were great, I did the tequila combo, and my cousin had the ranch water. I liked two items out of everything my friend and I ordered. The fish and chicken taco are delicious but everything else was a... bit disappointing. Pastor taco was way way wayyy too soggy and drippy and the meat for beef barbacoa was tough and strange.Drinks were very strong even tho tiny so if you’re looking to get plastered and have some Americanized tacos this is theplace. Went for lunch on a Friday afternoon and it was not too busy. It took a little while for our server to come by but once she did,... she stayed on it. We had some of the tacos, empanadas and the chips. Empanadas were delicious, the steak taco was a little blandand the fried chicken taco was a hit. The food was delicious! Very flavorful. I dressed everything up with the salsas and limes provided. The only thing I didn't like... was the guacamole. The chips that came with it were well-salted and warm. But the guacamole was bland to me. The barbacoa tacowas the star of the plate. Juicy and flavorful. Thw fried chickrn taco was also really delicious and a refreshing twist on achicken option. The al pastor taco was also skimpier compared to the others, and too sweet for my taste, but I was still full bythe time I left. The frozen margarita was nice and strong, don't go to crazy on the drinks. I didn't feel super attended to butit was a busy Friday night so I'm not holding it too hard against the night.
