I don't like typical american sweets, because for me they are toooooooooo sweet. but here their cake is decent sweet and... delicate. I highly recommend their cakes. If my stomach had more spaces, I should try all different taste of their cakes. One of the best bakeries in town. Haven?t had anything there below par.. all the pastries have been worth the line to wait(post... covid) but the lines always moving . I am really happy for this business and hope it continues to grow especially with thequality and flavor of everything they have . One of my favorite places in all Chicago. Their spinach and feta danish is absolutely amazing. Their open faced sandwiches are... all unique and lovely. I cannot say enough good things about this bakery. Just go and try everything. Read more
I really wanted to be blown away by this place. We had some pastries and drinks (Chai and matcha lattes) If its one thing about... Swedish bakeshops os that the drinks needs to be full of flavor. This was my first time trying Lost Larson pastries and I can honestly say it was some of the best baked goods I've had in a long... time! Even the plain croissant was delicious but my favorite was definitely the spinach feta pastry. Honestly though, you couldprobably order anything from here and you would still have a great time. Delicious pastries! I tried the chocolate croissant & the bacon & pesto tea bun, both were excellent. The store appeared quite... busy when I first approached, however I found the employees assisted the people coming in with alacrity, and I was impressed byhow quickly I was able to be processed and have my needs met.
