Love the buttery crust and not-too-cheesy top. Got both the one with sausage and the vegetarian one. Personal size is just... enough for one person.Visiting from out of town and this was our first deep dish pizza experience. Everyone said it?s overrated, but not this place! it?s so good, we had deep dish again before we left town, unfortunately, the place we went to does not holda candle to Lou?s (it was a certain local chain). We will definitely come back when we are in town again! Read more

This was my first Chicago deep dish! We got it to go for my bachelor party so we got a few different kinds the original and the... meat one. Both tasted amazing, I liked the original better. It was a little lighter then I anticipated based off of what peoplewere telling me deep dish is like. The crust was buttery, sauce was the perfect tang and that cheese stretched with each bite. Iwas blazed when I ate this and it was a damn Delicious pie and glad this was my first! there?s a reason why there are a millionlocations. Read more

First Chicago deep dish pizza, didn?t disappoint I loved it. Great flavours and toppings and the crust was great. I usually have... a big appetite but the personal size was just right. I also had the chocolate obsession for dessert and that super tasty anddecadent. If you love chocolate you?ll love this. Read more

When I found myself in the West Loop area for business I was referred to check out Lou Malnati's Pizza. I tried a personal "Lou"... and while the actual size seemed a bit small, it was filling. The ingredients were fresh and service at the bar was great.Having a sweet tooth I topped off the evening with a deep dish desert, their chocolate chip pizza. If you find yourself in thearea check out Lou's and taste for yourself what fresh Chicago style pizza is...you will enjoy it! Read more

I guess when you're not from Chicago... Chicago's deep dish pizza ain't it. ??????????? It was a dope place to visit and... experience though, I will say that. The atmosphere and vibe was cool. It's just the pizza that aint hitting for me. NY pizza isway better! But I'm from Georgia, so my opinion on Chicago pizza shouldn't stray you away from trying it and seeing foryourself. Read more

Pizza was good, but only if you like lots of large chunks of tomatoes and lots of sauce. I do not, so I ordered the thin crust... instead. The restaurant did not seem busy or understaffed, yet the waiter was not paying attention to our table most of thenight. Not sure what was wrong. Will probably get takeout next time. Read more

Delicious Malnati salad (individual size was honestly a family-sized appetizer), stuffed spinach bread, and ?the Lou? veggie... deep dish pizza. Salad was very well dressed and had a nice texture with the cheese crumbles and crunchy bacon bits. Personally, was not a hugeee fan of the butter crust on the deep dish, but still enjoyed the pizza. It was a tad on the saltier side.Overall, enjoyed the food and service, though I wouldn?t say it?s the best deep-dish pizza I?ve ever had. Read more

The pizza and salad that we ordered along with the service were all excellent! Only reason for taking off one star is that the... mixed drinks were not that great. Other than that, top notch and with ample parking during our visit on New Years eve! Read more
