Horrible customer service and management. I placed the order on the app, went to pick it up and found out it was already picked... up! Manager was unwilling to help or offered to replace the food. Asked me to contact the corporate to get a refund for theorder I paid for but did not receive. Just an awful experience to say the least. Read more

Overnight people are trash, mostly the manager though. They NEVER get the order right. This time they made us come back around... because they forgot to give us our drinks(diet and water) and made us wait in line again for them to charge us again ($1) forthe water while being rude and confrontational (about a water). We didnt have another dollar and they refused to give us ourprevious receipt showing that we paid for the water and slammed the window on us for asking for it. Very consistentlyunprofessional and shady. Do not go to this location. Read more

Using the drive thru there have been errors in food orders. Asked for plain cheeseburger and turned out to be a plain hamburger.... This has happened a couple of times. I think employees are asked to work at warp speed. Errors are bound to happen. Always checkorder before driving away. Read more

My order after several repeats was still incorrect not hot. My fries with no salt was the only good thing. I wanted a classic... chicken and got the jalapeño chicken with so much sauce or whatever the bun was soaked thru. Never again Read more

It was horrible, I asked for a mcdouble with Mac sauce and when I got my burger the bread was so crunchy that when I took back... to the manager she gave me an attitude, some staff were nice but the rest just ATTITUDE! ESPECIALLY THE MANAGER ANA, ANDBENJAMIN!!!! Need more training!!! Read more

I don't usually play Karen doing bad reviews but this McDonalds deserves one. For 1 year I've been living in a 5min walk from it... so, for our convenience, my husband and I order online and go pick it up. Honestly, I don't think we had ONE single order thatwas correct. We will arrive home, open and always something was missing, something was wrong. Then we started checking the bagbefore leaving, this morning I went there get 3 breakfast itens, just counted as always, went home and guess what? Correctnumber but wrong items of course. So officially we are not ordering in this place ever again, it doesn't matter how close it is,we will ask delivery from other one. Let's see if making a public bad review you guys finally organise yourselves, really! I'vedone fast food as well and I know the challenges but Jesus Christ you can't run a business this way! Horrible experience. I purchased food on my laptop and was assigned a reference code. I went to the McDonalds drive through and... the manager was unprofessional..defensive and toxic with her words and actions toward me. I was cool..calm and collected troughthis disturbing experience.
