Placed my mobile order...used my points for a free coffee & ordered another coffee on top of it. Went through the drive-thru &... gave them the name on the order. Get to the 1st window & then get an alert on my phone with the exact charge. The guy at thewindow proceeded to tell me what I owed, $2.21. I said "no, it just charged my card." Spent more than 5 minutes going back &forth with him that my charge went through. He continues to argue with me & I ask to speak to a manager. He claims he's themanager. I ask to speak with someone else. He tells me to pull to the side & that someone would come out....15 minutes ofwaiting & no one came. Every time you place a mobile order you don't get a receipt until you're charge when picking up yourorder. I received my receipt, my bank confirmed the charge went through. Called the location to let them know & he again argueswith me, raised his voice & tells me I have no money...yet he clearly saw all the money in my account when I showed him mystatement. Already contacted corporate regarding this. For a "Manager", he's not very well with customer service. Do NOT visitthis location! Read more
This restaurant is always keeping up cleanliness. The downfall is they serve stale cinnamon rolls. Everytime, it never fails!... But everything else is kept up. Read more
every tiem i get plain double cheeseburger it comes with no cheese.... like they dont know that they sell "ham"burgers which are... the same but with no cheese.. so basically over charging me for something i wont bother to eat since there was no effort....usually some loose pattys, burger looking like its on a slant or melting..... no cheese, pepper, salt. on a PlaindoubleCHEESEburger this happened multiple times, uber, mcdonalds app. different times of day. same exact problem. never at adifferent location had this problem Read more

In an age of uncertainty I can count on a few things. One of them is that a Big Mac always taste like a Big Mac. Somehow I find... comfort in that. I did the drive through and it felt like an eternity before getting my food. The fries were moderately warm andthe Big Mac was thankfully the same as It has always been. Pro Tip: Get the McDonalds app. This will save you a ton of money.It?s a bit buggy but it will save you so much money. Read more
Orders are always made wrong, nasty attitudes, and when you ask for the correct order you get this..
Probably the best McDonald?s in the area. Consistent customer service and food.
