I had breakfast there, service was good & I didn't have to wait long for my order. I loved the morning shift staff there because... everyone was friendly and prompt with my orders. They went above and beyond and were extremely cheerful. And my breakfast mealcame out hot, quickly prepared and tasted fresh. The McDonalds store is well clean, even the bathroom. Sidel was the name of the person taking orders at night. About 2:00am. I said my order she repeats it but the charges me for... different things. When I circle around to get the correct order she gives attitude. I tried calling them when I got back to myhouse noticing again she had messed up and didn't get my order right, but the person who answers the phone starts giving me aLOT attitude and takes it as a joke basically when I try explaining the situation and how it seemed unacceptable for Sidel tocharge me for whatever she pleased, despite her correctly repeating the order. How does this make sense. Look management.... Canyou guys try to hire people without attitude problems or at least talk to your employees. It's not a pleasant experience whenthe night workers are ruder than the children I live with. I just want my meal and to leave there's no reason for unnecessaryattitude. Drive Thur sucks no matter what time you go something's always wrong I check order while in line ???? the staff was fine order... was cold, bread was hard fries cold... Just not doing McDonald's no more take my money to Wendy's further drive but better foodand service. Read more
Went to get some chicken nuggets and I noticed a white piece of hair in the nugget. Disgusting ????
So disappointed to them this is a medium ice coffee. But you go to any other McDonald?s their ice coffee are bigger. In kids... meal this is a small drink. So wrong of doing and then laughed at the customer. Like they haven?t been there so many time for somany years. Surely I will take my self to places where customers get treated right. The Colombian guy Marcos is the best McDonald?s employee of all time. He?s so cool and attentive. When he?s around there?s... nothing that goes wrong. I love going when he works! The ladies can be kinda rude and mess up your order but man is he the best!Will leave the drive thru with a smile on your face. He takes his job very seriously and passionately. He should train everyMcDonald?s employee he has great customer service and order accuracy. His voice is a bonus. Mornings with Marcos are the best. Read more

Everytime I order on Uber eats there?s an issue. Literally not a drop of sauce I don?t understand what?s so difficult about... putting the ingredients that an item comes with on a sandwich but this place struggles with the basics everytime. Also neversupplies any straws for liquids? Make it make sense Read more
