My friends and I ordered online, through the McDonald?s app. My order came back incomplete. Therefore, I decided to call them... and tried to ask for a refund. When I called, I was immediately yelled at and got told that there?s no McDonald?s app and Icould only order through Doordash or UberEats. The lady continued to hysterically yell at me asking me to make her understand.Now if you have common sense and respect for those around you, do your job properly and don?t blame your stupidity or lack ofknowledge on the costumers. Will get your order wrong, look you in the face and say that?s what you paid for when you ask why you?re being handed incorrect... items. Then also hand you flat, warm, over-syruped Coke with 2 ice cubes in it and shrug before closing the window in yourface. Gross. Read more

the attention to customers has gone out the window. cashier who waited on me with so much bad attitude. When I asked to speak to... a manager the other staff pointed to her, I even asked them to repeat that. See this type of services is why I spend more timecooking like the old days. It's a shame I can not treat myself out. Who ever owns this store should send someone under cover. Read more

Wow. They could just hire someone to stand at the front door and say "We don't really want you here". I'm not sure I've ever... experienced anything quite like this at a McDonalds. They actually put effort into making it clear how we were not welcome. Noless than three employees at the front counter, and not a one of them could even manage a greeting, never mind ask if I wantedto order. They sort of glanced my way, and then continued on with what they were doing. I waited a few moments more, and thenjust walked out. I can take a hint. It was almost surreal, because say what you will about McDonalds, but for the most part thestaff are friendly. My sister ordered separately, and for her they told here that the decaf was brewing, and then when she gotback from the bathroom, they told her it was "almost ready", and then, blatantly, right in front of her, they opened a packet ofdecaf and set it to brew. Contempt is the best I've got to describe what the whole experience felt like. Read more

They had employees inside this mcdonald. But refuse to the service by saying it?s closed. Place is dirty and bad customer... service for 24 hour but it?s more like 18 hours a day. All those local guide on Google should stop giving 5 stars for noreason. Read more

Very slow drive thru service. Waited about 7 minutes in line. Was not in a hurry, so I was willing to wait. People behind me... were not waiting and drove off after a few minutes. When order was taken no apology for the long wait. Perhaps they were shortstaffed which is becoming quite common today! Food was freshly prepared though! Read more

This McDonald's is terrible. It needs a thorough cleaning, as soon as the drive thru window opened the INSIDE smelled like... GARBAGE and VOMIT. I will be calling the Department of health. However, The cashier was nice and very polite. Read more
