I only go here because it right by my church. They NEVER get your order right!!! The food is dry and the coffee is NEVER what I... pay for. I ask for Carmel Syrup that they me for, but never put in my coffee creamer. Read more
Placed a mobile order it took 45 mins. 20 mins was waiting for one car. Food was cold. Didnt give a straw. Hash brown was a... rock. Normally dont complain but this was the worst. Wouldve left if i hadnt already paid for my food. Read more
I have yet to go to McDonald's on 35th & Indiana and NOT have a problem. Either the 2 drive through are backed up or 1 is out of... service, order given to me is wrong OR they don't have SOMETHING...ESPECIALLY THE SMOOTHIES. This McDonald's was a mix. They try to be friendly but hold back as apparently they have had a bunch of homeless people abuse... their services. I tried to use the restroom, security guard professionally not smiling told me I had to buy something first. Tomy surprise this process is custom usage as the team knows to hold your food until you finish using the restroom. So they haveimplemented a very hard process to keep this McDonald's clean friendly and good for families and patrons. Eventually once theyget rid of homeless invasions they might soften their faces. KUDOS to all of them for this process. Facilities are in the middleof a renovation outside. The inside is fresh and new, could be kept cleaner but it is also up to us as people dropped fries andno bother to pick them up. We must cooperate. Nice location close to magnificent mile. Easy parking. Very clean restrooms whichI am sure was no the case in the past. Food flavor prices value etc your McD usual which is very good. I'll be back no problem Read more
Came to get breakfast before work, got here 30 minutes after opening with all doors locked. I then asked an employee who was... outside cleaning are they open, to which they confirmed yes. I then called the establishment to confirm if dining/carryout wasopen and was also told that they are about to open right now, that was 8 minutes after the 30. With no one coming to the door by7:41 I had to leave to avoid being late for work????????. Read more
