The food is fine! The problem is the service. I regularly wait over 10 minutes for a simple order. I'm currently sitting st... TWENTY minutes wait for my breakfast. And this is not unusual. The problem is the drive through. They put all their attentionthere and ignore customers inside. The employees are kind and understanding, but corporate needs to allow managers to properlystaff their locations so customers inside aren't waiting. This review, sadly, could apply to every McDonald's I've been torecently. Avoid this place if you're on foot and in a hurry. Read more
Doesn't feel safe anymore. I would come here about once a week for the past few months and every time I see homeless people... sitting both inside and outside. A couple times they were getting drunk in the outdoor chairs. Many times they were yellingindoor and outside, and some of them smoke. I have seen one dig through the inside trashcans right next to people eating.Today's visit, I saw some of them sleeping in the recliner chairs outside. One came in and started asking people for food whichis the point I left, I didn't even start eating. This is the same place that is supposed to have community events (such as craftfairs and art shows, I even saw a live performance several months back) There are signs for a 30 minute limit to preventloitering but it is not enforced at all, which is why all these homeless or near homeless people made it their permanenthangout. The food and service is fine. The employees seem nice and almost never mess up my order. I know their job is fastpaced and can be stressful and they deal with the worst people. Read more
Probably the best service I received at any mcdonald?s. I came to this location near 11pm and the worker was extremely nice and... helpful. We got our food within a couple minutes and it was hot and fresh. Read more
I did not have a great experience. I ordered one happy meal for my son and one McDouble for myself and it took 13 minutes! And... that was only after I told them I still hadn't received my order. Then my burger was only kind of warm and not hot at all. Theyalso forgot the chocolate milk for my son's happy meal so I had to go back! They did give me a free french fry to "make up" forthe wait but I told them I don't eat fries and would rather have an ice cream. . .of course I didn't want to have to waitanother 15 minutes for that so I just left. Please bring back the grilled chicken! Also please clean up the alleys and streets near the property. McDonald's trash is all... around. Coffee is decent here. I don't really eat at McDonald's since there's no grilled chicken. Read more
They made many changes to this McDonalds for the better. The staff is extremely friendly. Outdoor seating is really where it's... at for this location that separates it from the rest. You should definitely come and check it out for yourself. 2 thumbs up Read more
After seeing so many ads on T.V. from Mickey D's. I didn't want to cook tonight, and it was 91 degrees outside today. We decided... to get dinner it's only a 3 blocks from my apartment. So, my sister wanted a HAPPY MEAL w/ Cheeseburger, small French fries,apple slices & her drink an juice Box Apple Juice. I got a 20 piece Chicken Nuggets and Medium-sized French Fries. Buy the timeI walked back home a 20 minute walk. Got inside gave her box to find out that the receipt says Cheeseburger she got 6 pieceChicken Nuggets??? How could this have happened? I paid for and thought the receipt said ????! You can't say they were toobusy,because they were not! But 2 other McDonald's crew members kept coming out to talk with the cashier. That's what I noticed.We called the phone number and we be getting another cheeseburger & extra Apple Slices for FREE due to their error. I was thereand it was only 3 people working behind the counter. Only 4 others eating inside. It was like a ghost town inside standing onspots. 6 feet apart. Due to everyone eating outside from the warm weather tonight. While I waited for my meals being made. Itook a few more photos. B.T.W.= This location was much larger. They closed the doors, and redid the whole store down to theground. And we have this lovely brand new Mickey D's aka McDonald's. They even have a spot for Door Dash, etc. Food Delivery andthey come inside to another side of the building and ring the doorbell and the panel opens up and the order is waiting for thatdriver. So, ????! But I prefer to pick up my food than to pay for deliveries. That just me. Read more
I like this Location my only issue is Monday Early morning. Are they closed? When I stop by the drive thru they are always... closed? The rest of the week the gentleman at the register is amazing! 4:30 am ! He makes my day. But what's up with Monday? Read more
