Ordered basic meals, they forgot cheese on all the meals with burgers, and half of their fountain drinks were out. While I... waiting for the food saw an employee come in from smoking didn't wash her hands or sanitize and started boxing up fries, smh. Igot a refund and left. Also not sure why the Playland is always closed even at 6 o'clock in the evening. Read more

This is my favorite McDonald's, they make everything correctly the first time. When I ask for extra ketchup I actually get extra... ketchup. Super quick 9/10 times, only occasionally do I wait a bit longer than expected but even then it's not bad. Definitelysets the standard I judge other Mcds by. Thank you to the employees for their great work and mostly great attitudes. (let's behonest nobody WANTS to work fast food) Read more

My mom ordered a hazelnut cold coffee. They gave my mom creamer with hazelnut syrup and ice. It was a long day and we weren't... fonne drive all the way back. The server said there was coffee in it. And they were training new employees around the timeschool started. This was the worse thing to experience. Never again will we order any cold coffee from them. More trainingshould've been done on how to make cold coffee, when coffee was needed and not just the syrup and creamer. Read more

This McDonald?s has mostly Hispanic employees, and they?re super rude/ racist. If you?re Black, they literally won?t even answer... the drive through intercom for you. There have been several times I?ve gone to the drive through and the car before me orderswithout an issue, then I?m stuck waiting for 5 minutes only to be rudely greeted by someone at the window. Once I pulled forwardand saw the order taker sitting at the register, not taking orders. It wasn?t busy and there were at least 6 employees in thestore w/ only 3 guest in the dining room. Sorry this makes me not trust this place. I will definitely avoid all locations b/c ofthis. Read more

2 days in a row they?ve gotten my order wrong. I understand that can happen once in a while, but seriously? In a row? First time... I?ve had McDonald?s in like 6 months, and both times you mess it up? What?re the odds? Anyways, yeah, that?s awful service. Read more

Drive through personnel are not trained to deal with deaf / hard of hearing customers. They talk too fast, on intercoms with... very poor sound quality. They ignore requests to slow down and talk slower. Read more

Right across from Lane Tech and completely new. This Playland is multilevel with slide. Ordering kiosks as well as photo... station.two drive thru's so no waiting. I only wish they had freestyle soda stations with low calorie drink options. Read more
