Very unique and fast McDonald's right in the McCormick. Sadly they do not take My McDonald's rewards or deals.

They won?t let you use the app anymore to claim your deals. They have ads all over the store talking about using the app but... they won?t honor it. This is McDonald's in McCormick Place. They had limited menu and it seemed like limited staff. I ordered using the app. I was... there for breakfast and it seemed as if they only offered a couple of breakfast sandwiches. Very friendly and helpful. Horrible service. Me and my family ordered 2 senior drinks and they didn?t give it to us. We asked repeatably if they could... please give us a senior drinks as we bought them. They continuously said no and even when they had the receipt they would notgive us the senior cups. The kiosk did not give us a receipt. The first kiosk we tried broke down. We pushed the help buttonmultiple times and nobody came. My grandparents were very thirsty and had to suffer without their drinks. We asked multipletimes for help and nobody helped us. The lady who was serving us completely ignored me as well as some other customers and hadan attitude when I tried to ask for help. My sister now has a horrible migraine due to this, as she could not keep asking and Ihad to come in her place. Definitely do not recommend coming here. Read more
They apparently do not do all day breakfast. The self service order kiosk takes more time than actually placing an order with a... real person. Plus the kiosk let's you order food they don't actually have. Poorly done McD's. Read more
