Busy busy busy.....sometimes you can get the nice employees that assist you with your orders and then you have others that are... very rude. The manager in the morning is very nonchalant and yells back at you when disputing orders and sometimes I even findmyself frustrated because I've be coming to this McDonald's for almost 5 years and my order still turns out wrong. Wheneverdiscussing the order is wrong, there is an attitude that builds up when talking to the manager. Hopefully they can be morehumble about customer service when it comes to people's food. I ordered 3 ice coffee. Waiting 15 mins to get them . I saw 15 people order ,receive there orders and I'm standing Waiting.... This is not what good customer service looks like . came to buy food but my toddler needed to pee so i wanted to take her before i ordered so my food could be fresh. he refused to... let my 4 YEAR OLD DAUGHTER in the bathrooms cause we didnt have a receipt . i told him im buyin food i jus need to let her peefirst . he told me no and turned his bac . This McDonalds experience was extremely disappointing. I ordered a large fries and 2 buffalo sauces. My fries came out cold and... I was not given buffalo sauces. When I asked for my sauces, I was told no and that I needed to pay 35 cents. I had already paid70 cents for my two sauces, and I was not given either of them. Additionally, when I told them my fries were cold, the woman atthe front told me they were not cold, and that I needed to eat my food. I asked another worker for my sauces, willing you acceptmy cold fries, but once again, the worker ignored me and refused to give me sauce. My friends and I finished a movie. Before coming to this McDonald?s we confirmed the hours were open until midnight for both... drive through and dine in. We walked out of our way to get there and when we arrived the doors were locked. We also tried toorder curbside pick up but it said it was closed online as well. Overall disappointing and a horrible experience. Why do youhave those hours posted if you aren?t going to commit to them? It seems like they not interested in satisfying their customers. Read more
The worst McDonalds ever. The people who work there don?t care about their customers. They were supposed to give me a double... quarter pounder and they ended up giving me the single. I placed an UberEats order at around 3:00am because I work night shift at a nearby hospital. An hour and a half later at around... 4:30am, after 5 Uber Drivers later, no update, no notification, my order gets canceled. I call to confirm what happened and thesupervisor who answered the phone claimed they never received my order. If they didn't receive my order, then why was that notcommunicated with ANY of the FIVE drivers who showed up to pick up my order? They clearly just didn't want to make my order.Make it make sense.
