This McDonald's was in a great location. Very quick, Positive & Professional service & settings experience for us this late... afternoon. You can definitely sense the genuinely from the staff. It was a little busy when we were there but the food was stillfast and hot. Definitely my favorite spot to take the kiddos. Overall we enjoyed our experience and will go back again. Read more
This is where the mass shooting was in May, but that's just the tip of the iceberg here. People had been shot here before and... assaults and muggings inside and just outside it are rampant. It got so bad they even have multiple police officers surroundingit 24/7 but even that didn't prevent the mass shooting. They have a large outdoor park space that has been closed for yearsbecause they didn't want homeless people sleeping there so it's just a garden space that McDonald's pays to upkeep even thoughno one is allowed to enjoy it. Tear this location down and build literally anything else, even a vacant lot would attract lesscrime and be a better use of space. Read more
I don't care that I have to buy something to use the bathroom, but don't have people wait in line to try and buy something to... use the bathroom just to be told I don't have to buy anything just ask security to let you in and then security tell me I haveto buy something to use it. Thats allot of back and forth going on and a horrible experience for customers who really have touse the bathroom. I left to chic-fil-a next door they had better customer service. The Security Gaurd they have at thisestablishment is very unprofessional, his whole demeanor towards customers is off putting. Read more
Throughout times in the past I remember being with my ex girlfriend in this location my head was wild too fast without a mind.... Although I'm grateful for the man I've become today throughout all the pain. It has made me stronger My head feels more clearand forward. Read more
Place requires a security guard, locked bathrooms without a purchase enforced by security, no drink refills, none of the staff... are friendly when approached, tables are filthy. Read more
Ridiculously bad customer service. How to keep asking for napkins and the girl just walked away. I used to go to the store a lot... I'm not going to bother anymore. I wouldn't waste my time there you're better off at Chick-fil-A down the street even the TacoBell has better customer service. Read more
Just another standard McDonald?s restaurant. They give you a number and then bring your order to your table. I was a little... annoyed that the kiosk didn?t give me the discount for multiple breakfast sandwiches so I ordered from the cashier. Instead ofbeing two for $4 they were buy one for $4 and get a second for $1. Read more
No free refills, unfriendly, locked bathroom. Also there was shooting here. Don't bring your kids as it is not safe or kid... friendly. Read more
