I ordered a fish filet, fries and a vanilla coffee. I returned to McDonald's because the hot coffee was cold and watery. I... waited 10 mins. for them to give me " freash coffee" . I returned to my car, to go back in McDonald's because this cup of hotcoffee was cold with coffee grinds floating throughout the coffee. I asked for my money back which took 10 minutes to give backa balled up 2-$1 bills. Let's talk, how the young man (employee) in drive thru was dressed, sagging dusty pants, black dustyjacket with hood on his head. I, told hiim my complaint, and he walked away with coffee, no response, waited 10 mins for himto hand me balled up money. Who ever own this McDonald's either is not aware of staff uniform, customer service skills, andignorance of presentation of how coffee looks because cold full of coffee grinds aren't it. Went here for quick snack. I saw the worker give my food to another car. The other car checked the bag and returned it. He than... proceeds to give it to me. Nope?. What in the monkey pox/COVID are u doing sir. He than pretends to get new order but takes theold order with him where I can?t see comes out with a new bag. Sir goodbye. Refund me please. I?m not understanding what time this place closes? Either the store needs to update their hours or the employees are closing at... whatever time they feel like it.
