Store was filthy, tables dirty, ice cream on glass.my sandwiches were just thrown together fries ???? were cold after I asked... for hot food I'd wait for. Employees yelling back & fourth at each other right by my ear. Very disrespectful. A possiblegeneral manager came in and had to tell them to clean the tables. It sadness to have a store thats horrible like that from thefood to the Employees. Our kids love mac Donald's and this is what we so this.Just sad. Read more

Today is 5/29/2022. I went thru the drive thru at 2:30pm. A young guy was on the drive thru speaker. His voice was muffled when... I pulled up to the speaker. I asked him to repeat what he said. He repeated ?my system is down for 15 minutes.? Followed byyelling the statement again at the top of his lungs. The yelling literally woke up my baby in the backseat. Just ridiculous,immature and so disrespectful for no reason. Absolutely poor customer service. Read more
The girl wasted half my cola and had the nerve to ask me did I want her to redo it. Duh. Yeah. Then waited 10 mins for another... lady to bring it to me beyond the drive thru because she forgot!. ONLY IN THE HOOD!. Read more
OMG!! Where do I begin. I have been to this restaurant on several occasions and the service has never been this horrible. First... of all, the line was horrible and moving very slow. After sitting in line for at least 15 min, my husband gives the cashier hiscard and she said It declined. We were shocked because my husband had well over the amount in his account to cover the order.After trying the card 3 times we decided to get out of line and go to the ATM across the street to get the cash to pay. Afterreturning and getting back in line and waiting another 20 min, we finally pay for our order and go to the pick up window. Oncethere, the young lady asked for our receipt and said she accidentally deleted our order. We gave her the receipt and she askedus to pull over in a parking spot while they prepare our food. We waited only about 5 min and they brought our food out but onlygave us 1 drink and we ordered 4. While waiting on our drinks I decided to check the 1 burger that was special ordered and thesticker on the outside was correct but the burger wasn't. Once the guy came back with our drinks, I told him about the burgerand he took it back and remade it correctly. While the burger was getting remade I checked my 2 yr olds happy meal only todiscover that the 4 piece chicken nugget box only contained 3 nuggets, she was missing her apple slices and apple juice. At thispoint my husband and I were upset so we decided to just let the guy know when he brought our remade burger back out and go home.This was the absolute worst service I have ever had at this location and I will not be returning.
