Every single time I go to this location in the evening or at night the food is almost unbearable, I can tell they leave food... under heat lamps for hours past their due date. I always see them in there laughing and not much work getting done. Pleaseplease please pull the staff aside and have them work on their health practices. Our experience was great in this mc, clean and looks modern
The food is served cold and sometimes I have received expired food. The wait time is above average. One lady always tries to... short me a dollar on my change. I have waited 5 minutes for a refill on coffee. They need proper management at this location. The staff could use further training in customer service. Very rude staff. Read more
Always a line at the drive thru. I sat there 30 minutes and they gave me the wrong order. Frequently I get diet coke, but 50%... of the time it's regular coke. Even when I ask to confirm. I'm going to the other stores in the area. They pay more attentionto detail. Read more

Every time I order a child's sandwich without onions ( because he has... a terrible allergy to onions and one piece can cause suffocation and subsequently cause death)and every time you put it in,thereby exposing the child to danger and leaving the child without the food . Besides the fact that you didn't remove the onion,you didn't put in the cucumber, which means that you have poorly trained employees who can't read and don't know how to cook.Toall this they also forgot to put a "Pretzel McFlury " , which suggests that your order pickers also do not know how to read .This disgrace is indicated by the fact that you do not have competent leadership and employees are provided on their own. It issad that in the USA , in the homeland of fast food , quality and management are worse than in Europe. You need to learn fromthem , not the other way around. Read more
I haven't been to McDonald's in years because of the terrible service, but today, around 7pm I was pleasantly surprised! From... beginning, the young lady was polite and easy to understand and she understood me. Moved through the line quickly and met by ayoung gentleman who told me my total. He actually knew how to give change. Pulled up to.the pick up window and I had to wait abit. It gave me time to watch what was going on. 1 young lady cleaning up and making fresh coffee and another putting otherorders together! She gave me my order and it was hot and exactly what I ordered!
