What can I say it's McDonald's. Its next door to a high-school and across the street from CTA bus terminal. Always crowded ... drive thru always busy. Service hit or miss. Food over cooked dry French fries. Their soda water down. Not Customer ServiceFriendly at all. Read more

The employee's don't know how to take your order, and they have no idea how to use the rewards system with your order either... plus the lady that took my order knew little English and messed up my order big time and she didn't know how to use my rewardsonline through the app and transfer it to my order so I had to show her how. She also didn't make my iced coffee correcteither. It was horrible. I will not recommend you go there at night or late night. Read more

I will never come back to this location ever again I ordered 2 big macs and a medium fry and they did not put the medium fry on... my order then I had to wait about 5 mins for it like there was no fries done and they put the big macs in the bag side ways. Read more

My order always come out wrong. 10/10 somehow they manage not to get it right. I honestly stopped coming to this particular... location and forgot about it. Just got back and again, messed it up. The managers are quick to put the blame on customersinstead taking accountability for their mistakes. No one ever manages the mobile app, because somehow it's always our fault whysomething is wrong. I'm so freaken done with this franchise. I'm sticking to the one on 18th street and blue island. GhettoMcDonald's with Ghetto workers. Read more
