She refused service I asked can she check me out at the drive thruregister. She gave my ticket back walked away. This location is HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!! I waited at the drive thru intercom for 10 minutes (should've left) with no greeting, I went... into the location - only to find the manager yelling at the employees. To my surprise the cashier was nice but I waited on myfries for 15 minutes - only to get them with an attitude (from the server) and NO apology! I'm never ever going back!!!!! OH -did I mentation my fries were COLD (I only live a few blocks away)!!!!!!!!!!!!!! FYI - "I'm sorry" fixed a bad attitude anyday!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! So headed out of town we decided to try the 87th Street McDonald?s rather than busy 95th Street before hopping on the highway.... Our mobile order placed from the app as of 1:51 PM was short & sweet, but not our 17 minutes wait for our turn at themicrophone. A call to the restaurant at 2:03 found that shift close out was going on. Not good for business. Ten customersexited their cars and then left. Ridiculous service. Try a different location. Read more
Asked for a hot Carmel mocha McCafe coffee....they gave me an iced one even told the lady twice I wanted it hot. So she makes me... another one....no Carmel, no mocha, no whip cream... tasted like a glass of hot water. Took one drink and shot it out. What awaste of money! If they're going to charge like Starbucks then they should make the McCafe coffees just as good as Starbucks.Ridiculous! Read more
Been here almost everyday for the last 3 weeks. They never have Frappes, ever. It's the only reason I come to McDonald's. At... this point, just take it off the menu. I've even started coming not intending on buying anything, just seeing if they havefrappes, and they never do. 2 stars because the employees were friendly. However, the air conditioner was entirely too cold,they didn't have Frappes, no one took my order, I was told to order from the kiosk. Which wasn't an issue, it only wascompounded from the countless times I've come here only to be told there's no frappes. Just take it off the menu. Please. This location never have any ice cream or shake, even if they do have it they don?t serve it. So today i went to order and told... me they didn?t have any shakes so i ordered something else. They told me to park and wait for my food, as I was waiting andemployee walks out with a shake in their hand? no it wasn?t something else it was a shake. Don't waste your time. They will take your money on a mobile order, never bring it to you, and then yell "we're closed" at the... window even though your order was placed 15 minutes before closing. Manager has an attitude. The employees even looked out thewindow and saw me waiting for my iced coffee, and they ignored me until their closing time and kept mopping because they andtheir nasty attitudes were ready to go home.
