The food wasn't as good as before. Got the hot and sour tofu glass noodle soup and soybean milk . The soybean milk was at the... right level of sweetness but with a burnt taste. The noodle soup was super salty and oily. I had to drink a gallon of waterafterwards. Very nice atmosphere and no people were at the restaurant around the time I came. Read more

My Szechuan spicy chicken came fatty and with large chunks of cartilage. Many surprising crunches and chewy bits in the chicken.... Very disappointed Read more

One of a few Chinese breakfast places in Bridgeport! Come for the dofu nao (???? and the cold vegetable dishes. I was especially... glad to see shredded potatoes on the menu. They make it with bird's eye chili's. The seaweed salad is dressed with even morechili oil. Boiled peanuts and celery tasted good, but could have used more celery less peanuts. Still, a great find and theportions are large enough for 2 people. I ordered everything on Chowbus to-go but was allowed to eat inside on the barstools, since it wasn't busy yet. Other vegetarian options on the lunch menu are tomato egg noodles and uighur style pulled noodles, the latter which my partner enjoyed on a separate occasion. Read more

The ordering process has changed, in that there is no more table side service it?s order and then sit to wait for your food. ... The cold noodles are delicious. The Beef Bao was ok, not amazing, but edible. I?ve also had their hot noodles before and thosewere amazing, every time. Water stations are self serve, along with additional soy and hot sauces. I ordered braised beef glass noodle soup. All I got were a ton of inedible beef part, the edible part was close to none. Yikes!

The noodles were insanely great! Correct me If I am wrong, but I believe they made their own noodles which the texture was... surprisingly chewy. Don't forget to get yourself some braised tofu and spicy beefy, they will blow your mind! Read more

This was the second time we tried this restaurant. First time when we were here, we ordered their noodle dishes. They were all... very tasty and generous portion. Highly recommend the noodle dishes. The second time we came, we ordered different kinds offood, I would say more like breakfast/brunch items. We really enjoyed the soft tofu dishes, we ordered two different kinds (Ithink both styles are from different regions). My only complaint for this restaurant is they charge your tea by cup, and it?s$1.25 (or more, I can?t remember the exact amount) per lipton tea bag that they use on your cup. When they told us they wouldcharge us for the tea, we were okay with it because we thought it was per teapot. It?s not unusual a chinese restaurant asks youto pay for your tea, but usually they charge per teapot and not per tea cup. Overall: Menu: 5stars Food: 5stars Service:3.5stars Price: $ Read more
