In the past I have always enjoyed Nando?s but the customer experience at this location today was inappropriate and unacceptable.... The restaurant closed in an hour upon arrival and we were told that we could not sit in the inside dining area and had to ordertake out because they were closing. Despite the multiple staff members who were standing around not working or socializing thefood took a significant amount of time to come out and over half of the orders were incorrect. We were then forced to eatoutside with a large amount of other patrons, despite that it was rainy, and they even demanded that we not throw our our trashin their trash cans and use the one outside for the plaza. Then the employees came outside again to tell us that they wereclosing another hour earlier, so now closing 2 hours earlier than the posted times online AND in store displayed for absolutelyno reason. It was a sufficiently busy store that was forcing their customers to have an awful dining experience simply becausethey did not want to work or wanted to go home early. Read more
The food is good but not great. I have eaten here 2 times. Do I ever crave this restaurant? Nope. Do I ever remember about it?... Nope. The only time I go there is when I got visiting my doctor. It is right there and is convenient. If I could I would givethis place 3.5 stars. Read more
The staff here are always AMAZING and so is the food!!!! Totally worth the drive from out of state!! ?????? Highly recommend the... mango lime marinade, the perinase, the mango gelado (dairy free), and the naughty natas dessert! Read more
You can never go wrong with Nandos. I get the Nandocas Choice and my boyfriend got the chicken breast with 2 sides. And the... fact that you get unlimited amounts of sauce? Count me in. Their Spanish rice & fries are good, but can you call yourself anexpert if you don?t get the Peri Peri sauce on the side for extra charge? I think not! You can?t go wrong with it. Not picturedis a pineapple cider they had & a white peach sangria. It was the perfect amount of crisp and refreshing taste for this crazychicago weather we are always experiencing! Read more

Consistent and simple. Nandos delivers on exactly what it aims to be, a no fuss casual eatery. You can only access Nandos though... the exterior door in the main circle of new city. If you are coming from the parking deck/escalators you must exit the buildingand re-enter through the exterior facing door. You will be seated by a host, where you can then scan and order through QR codeson the tables. Food arrived quickly and is hot and fresh. There are all the sauces available on the back table, I enjoy orderingit hot, and smothering it in the extra hot and extra extra hot sauces.
