Okay the food is fine, the customer service is fine, the cleanliness is fine? it?s the MUSIC. It?s horrible and it?s so loud.... I?m in here trying to eat my noodles and listen to frank ocean with my AirPods all the way out and I can STILL hear Kellyclarkson ?miss independent? like jeeze. Friendly Staff and quick service
Ordered for delivery. Missing proteins. Missing salad dressing. Pasta was undercooked. Called and manager was empathetic but... also blamed the IT department for one item, but still took ownership for the other missing items. She was very kind and offereda free meal card. That was appreciated but wouldn't eat from this location again. Disappointing. Read more
When you used to come to noodles & company, when you dined in, you got reusable glass or plastic cups, real plates, real bowls.... Now, even if you dine in, you produce a ton of trash :?( I hope to see this change. So bad for the environment. Read more
We walk in. Loud , continuous sad music blasting , and order a Mac and cheese and a spaghetti and meatballs. Very chill guy at... register no problem at all during transaction. But then. Food arrived at our table. I had to swirl around lukewarm fresh frombag shredded cheese into a hot mess of about 2/3 macaroni, and then a mix of weird stingy other noodle types, that clearlydidn?t belong , some random cold broccoli bits, and at this point it became psychologically tortuous to endure. My best friendDanny, who?s cat just died today, had to eat spaghetti and meatballs with pasta bits inside them somehow, with a mix of alsoother non-belonging noodles, and mysterious black bits. Don?t worry, the takeout box I mistakenly brought to the table for usbefore the meal was used to kill an enormous fly that was going for my best friend Danny, who?s cat just died today, instead ofthe food. We usually love this place, today however there was a situation. A staff member jumped in disgusts at a pest behind the counter... and I overheard her tell the manager she didn?t see where it went. When we locked eyes, I immediately lost my appetite. I knowthey know I overheard the situation, instead of trying ti ease my mind or even just ignore it, they proceeded to giggle and makejokes to each other about my obvious loss of appetite, making our experience even worse.
