Phenomenal food! Bartenders are incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. Flavor of the week and month foods rotate on their menu... to keep it interesting. Best wings we've found in the city! Always a great spot for a good beer and elevated brewery fare. The have rotating burger/sandwich, Mac and cheese and wing... specials which are great, but can’t go wrong with anything else on the menu. The dressing was a little sharp or vinegar orcitrus forward but will never complain about too much flavor or taste vs less. Beer wise,t the classic Beezer is a slam dunk butthey do offer a lot of great sours and other styles I would recommend exploring if you’re adventurous beer wise. Read more
I love the ambience of the place - it's very warm and inviting. We had a good size party there and I had the Tokyo Chicken... sandwich and it was fine - I did have an issue with the timing of the plates coming out to the table. I was one of the firstones to get my food. So I waited for the rest of the table to get their food thinking it should be coming shortly. About the 5min mark and the food started trickling in, but not everyone got their food yet. People were polite and waited. Some of my favorite beer in Chicago, especially their hazy beers. Food is top notch and delicious. Price is fair for quality.... Parking is kinda annoying and the lighting was but weird with a dark at atmosphere and giant windows leeting in light...made ita bite blinding. Out of the way but with a visit! Read more
Had a great time for a bite and beer after work. I tried the smoked hefeweizen and loved it! Subtle smoke. The food was also... excellent We had the pretzel sticks (crisp and fluffy), the caulifalafel (needs a touch of salt), the cheese curds (perfect),and a great beet and goat cheese salad. Only recently had I tried some of their beer and it was really good so being in town with some free time I wanted to stop in and... check it out. Easy to get to and Street parking out front is a bonus! The food was great and the beers are awesome. I had theTokyo hot chicken sandwich which was really good, and while it almost had too much going on it was made perfectly. The beetsalad is very good also. The portions are generous, even the kids meals were pretty big! Read more
