Most times I?ve ordered, the pizza has been passable. It seems, however, that the crust has been encroaching with the... increasing food costs. What was 1/2 - 3/4 inch is apparently now 1 & 1/2 - 2 & 1/2 inches around the perimeter with notoppings. Beyond that, it looked as though the driver, Luis, had carried my pizza like a briefcase. COMPLETE GARBAGE!. I ordered at 11pm and they canceled it with no call. I called 7 tines and not one customer rep could contact... the store. The manager must of decided to close early. But I paid part of my order in cc points so now I'm spending hours to getrefunded. This place should be shut down and the manager fired! Read more

My delivery took much longer than expected, and the track option doesn?t track. My delivery guy was so rude and called me he was... here. I go outside and he?s down the street and I HAVE TO GO TO HIM. Then after I carry all my items back down the street to myhouse, my pizza was flipped upside down. I had cheese and sauce all over the place, pizza slices upside down and folded in half.I think a lot of it had to do with the delivery driver hating his job and not caring about anything. Truly the worst please you could ever order food from. The manager is the rudest person you will ever talk too. She has now hung... up on me 3 times because the pizza has taken over 2 hours to be delivered. She?s the worst. Do yourself a favorite and neverorder from this place. Read more
First time I ordered a medium pizza it took over an hour to arrive and was stone cold and burnt. The next time we ordered, the... pizza was supposed to arrive in 45 minutes. We kept waiting but...nothing. After an hour and a half it was marked as deliveredbut had NOT been delivered. We called the store and the manager hung up on us (more than once). Terrible service. Terrible customer service. Delivered burnt pizza. Called back to no response. Contacted corporate customer service and they... promised me on several occasions that management from the store would correct the situation. It's been 2 months and no one hasmade this right. This is literally the worst papa johns in existence. 2nd time calling an order in 30min in advance just to get here and have to... wait another hour. If you can't handle night volume then don't stay open for night volume. Read more
