This place is horrible I ordered a jumbo pizza sausages with bacon with delivery at 734 ask a lady that place my order if she... can add a cake to my order she stated yeah sure what cake would u like I said anyone u like she ok sure I got u I than say howmuch the total she said 28 dollars I said ok she stated ok 1 hour the pizza would be ready I said ok 5 min later I get a callfrom the manager stating I was being inappropriate to the employee by saying what ever cake she like and to be respectful whenplacing order I he than ask at would I still like to place the order i than said sir I was never disrespectful to the customerservice young lady long story short in would like to place the order, he said ok 1 hour I said ok when the order came not onlydid I give the 31 dollars more than expected but all the bacon was burnt in the pizza and she never rung up the cake Ipurchased. I stop here sometimes when I can't afford Palermo's down the street. Their prices are cheaper than theirs and the pizza taste is... half as good. But they decent enough. They deep dish is horrible so stick to thin crust or regular crust. Read more
Came in from Indiana and ordered from here because my husband loves the pizza. When I called, told them both pizzas were slid... and the sausage combo didn?t have the cheese I paid for, they told me they would remake it, it would be 45 to an hour and Ineeded to give the slid pizzas back. My kids had already started eating since we drove an hour and a half here. I asked for arefund at least a partial and they said again I?d have to bring in the food myself. Asked Rita to speak to a manager and wastold they don?t come in until 6! Asked if they could atleast call me and she told me: ?No you can call then if you want too, I?mnot having them call you.? Kids grabbed a few slices of the pep, but the cheese was just opened for the picture. Super superrude. Never had such terrible service from here. Usually they and the food is AMAZING.
