Great patio for a group meal in the summer. Food is consistently good and drinks are consistently strong. Service has never been... less than great. Love coming here for the shrimp basket and SO loves the Mac and cheese Read more

I’ve heard so many good things and finally was able to move it from my “to eat” to “would recommend” list! Great vibes... on the outdoor patio, not too crowded. Kid and dog friendly, but a group of 20-somethings also got right in. Great drink menuand of course the chicken sandwich was the star of the show. Our server was nice and service was speedy. I love that you havespace to grab a drink, play a game, use the Photo Booth or just sit on the side while you wait for a table. Definitely willreturn! Read more

Always a great meal here! Staff is super friendly and accommodating. Keep telling myself to try something other then the... chicken sandwich but it’s so good! Need to visit for Happy Hour, Mon-Thurs 3-6p for $10 Parson’s Fried Sampler! Read more

The best chicken sandwich I’ve ever had. Spicy with a great crunch but juicy on the inside. Better than Hattie B’s in... Nashville! The fish was also perfectly cooked. Enjoyed the sample platter. I wasn’t expecting much from the michelada but itwas surprisingly delicious. Read more

In short: it's ok. I'd recommend it as a place to grab drinks with friends. So the ambiance of the whole place is nice and it's... a primo spot to grab drinks in the nice weather. Also a perk if you have a dog and want to bring him along for the fun. Asidefrom that, the food was pretty underwhelming. The wife and I struggled with the worst gas of our entire lives after eating here. This place probably ranks near the bottom of all the chicken sandwich places in Chicago. The ranch fries aren't anythingspecial. McDonald's fries taste better than these. Inamae Tavern's hush puppies + pimento butter absolutely puts Parson's toshame. If you're looking for a good chicken sandwich then walk a block over to Gretel. Their toasted buttery bun has moreflavor than the entire chicken sandwich from Parson's. Read more

Stopped by for brunch as my last spot in Chicago before flying out. Had visited almost 4 years ago and was just as impressed by... the food, drinks, and service as my last visit. Friendly staff, great service, and excellent brunch food means I'll have tomake it back the next time I'm in town. Read more

Great food great service. The high puppies were excellent, nice flavor and perfectly fried. The dipping sauce has since heat. ... The chicken has a nice tasty breading and again perfectly fried. Fish too was excellent. And the dipping sauces were reallygreat too. Unique flavors. The coleslaw was also great. Flavorful, not too sweet. Enough to share. Two people could easilyshare one coleslaw and a half chicken. The only disappointment was the below average chocolate milkshake with the evil paperstraw. Otherwise awesome! Read more
