We had our wedding here in October and couldn’t have asked for a better venue! The entire place is gorgeous and all of my... guests were very impressed. The food was soooo good! From the rehearsal dinner, the wedding day appetizers, dinner, anddesserts, everything was delicious. We got several compliments from our guests. All of the staff was extremely friendly andhelpful. Rali was the absolute best! She quickly responded to any questions or concerns I had and ensured that our entirewedding process was as stress free as possible! She set up all of my decor EXACTLY the way I wanted it and was so helpful andattentive every step of the way. She was the perfect wedding day coordinator! Attended a charity event with my husband. No idea what the actual food prices are, but judging by the decor, it's more than I... would spend on a Friday night out. Possibly more than I would spend on a car. The place is exquisitely beautiful, marbleeverywhere and a gorgeous statue right in the entry. Not the sort of place I frequent often enough. We had our wedding here and it was amazing! From start to finish, and even afterwards Fay went over the top with her service and... the staff delivered on the day of the wedding. So happy we chose Pazzo's at 311 to host our wedding. The venue is beautiful andthey really transform the place to everything my wife dreamed of. We did both our wedding and rehearsal dinner here and bothnight were magical. We wouldn't change a thing and cannot recommend Pazzo's enough. Read more
Nice spot for large group dinners and such, seems like their main line of business perhaps. Nice location with a fair amount of... space and a nice environment. Catered food for my company's holiday party was good but not great. Bar selection is fair, andservice was kind. Not hugely impressive, but if you're here it probably isn't to be impressed. Read more
Very rude and a complete failure from restaurant of this reputation - the waiter left the cap of chili flakes just enough open,... so the customer would end up pouring a lot on their dish, as the cap would fall on their dish when sprinkling - a cunning trickto make it look like an accident. All this was due to a grudge when I asked for pasta sauce & olive oil added to my dish as itwas very bland for my taste buds. This whole episode was witnessed by my colleagues, very embarrassing. I had to finish up thedish moving aside the chilli piled up pasta portion. Never going back, needless to say I’ll opt for some other restaurant whenmy team plans for team lunch every time. Read more
