I placed the order with Uber absolutely no problems with driver very polite however my five hard shell tacos were sitting in a... puddle of grease could not even hold them had a shovel them into my mouth with a spoon ! :( call Pepe's Western Ave to complaincould not make out a word she was saying was like she had a mouth full of marbles don't go here horrible place !! Worse service ever!!! We ordered our food and drinks...Chaz messed up my drink never brought my drink and when I told him... where's my drink he said very RUDE!! didn't you see how many customers I had today and I said to him and who the hell am I isthat why you never brought my drink he walked away after that... I couldn't believe he spoke to me like that veryunprofessional!!!! and also being the owner you don't treat your customers like that..He never apologized for not bringing mydrink and just put the check on the table...I will never come back!!! ???? Ordered takeout that came to $14.69. obviously I'm going to leave a tip, I always do, was a waitress when younger. I had no cash... so was paying with a debit card. They never had a $15 minimum before so she wouldn't take it over 31 cents. Now wouldn't commonsense have you ask the manager if it's ok or just wait for the tip to be added before you say you can't take the debit card. So,they preferred to loose the money for the food they cooked and have me walk out and get food somewhere else. Horrible managementand customer service. Did go there all the time...but NEVER again. Pepe's on 116th & Western, a beautiful restaurant and the staff are friendly. Which is why there's 2 stars. The food however, is... another story. 6 tacos so small they looked like cigarettes. One tiny piece of lettuce and no tomatoes, I need a detective tofind the cheese. I know we're living in a different time now BUT...prices up...food ???? Read more
