This location doesn't like to make orders after 9pm. Placed an order on line at 9pm. Got a confirmation so, I'm 1,000% sure it... was this location arrivedat 9:30. They locked the doors and told me they never received my order. Didn't offer to make it saidthey closed the kitchen. I went to Philly's Best in 2012. 10 years ago. I got a pizza and wings. When I tell you I have been thinking about these... wings as the standard of incredible wings for the past TEN YEARS, I'm not exaggerating. The order taker was completely rude and unprofessional. I?m a first time customer and was asking simple questions about the... menu, the cashier was very nasty to me as if I wasn?t welcomed. Pretty good sandwich place. I had the standard Philly cheese steak with wizz and onions. I liked that they cut it and it came... hot. The women's bathroom had some accessibility problems. The tissue was not close to the toilet. It was hard to reach. Read more
I use to love coming to this location, but not anymore. Management has an attitude, terrible customer service. They lock the... bathrooms. When I asked to use it , I was told it was closed. I thought all sit in places suppose to offer a bathroom forcustomer's . Thus place is so dry , just like my Philly cheesesteak and fries. Read more
