40 minute food preparation time for an abomination of a dish! While the history section on the menu detailing the Italian... immigrant story of Rudy Malnati is fun reading, one has to wonder if the poor sir is turning in his grave with what is beingserved. Deep dish “pizza” with its emphasis on dough, the little tomato sauce as an after-thought and the overall blandseasoning makes for a miserable dining experience Read more

Found my second best pizza place in Chicago! My first best is at 61 E Madison st. LOL. Pizano's pizza has to be the best thin... crust pizza I have ever eaten. Brian the bartender was great he is a great listener, lol, that's what tenders do. Elaine thehostess was superb too. This is two blocks from the McCormick Place, wish I knew about this place years ago. Lou and Rudy arerelatives so they have something in common, TRY PIZANO'S THIN CRUST YOU WON'T BE DISAPPOINTED Read more

Extremely poor customer service. It took them more than 40 min to bring my food. When I inquired about it, the server did not... even feel sorry and told me it is what it is .. “they’re busy”. I know it’s one of the few options close to McCormickplace. However, I nightly recommend you to take a 10-min Uber ride to the north part of the city and get better food and bettercustomer service. And of course, much better (healthier) food choices. Read more

Very convenient location to the McCormick center hotels. A very nice, comfortable vibe, and the food was really good, especially... the deep dish pizza. The wait staff and service was quick, friendly, and efficient. The only reason I did not give five stars isthat the side salad was a little lacking in size with a paltry mix of vegetables amongst the lettuce, based on its price andmenu description. All in all, I would go back. Read more

Visiting Chicago from Virginia and Pizano’s was close to our hotel so we decided to check it out. Started off with the cheesy... garlic bread and it was fantastic. I ordered the four cheese tortellini and my girlfriend tried to order the goat cheese raviolibut was told they didn’t have it. So she ordered the Pasta Vodka A “La” Strauss. Food was really good. We would definitelycome back. Now the disappointing parts: No goat cheese ravioli, no chocolate chip or peanut butter cookies for desert and noto-go cups for drinks. We were offered an ice cream container for a to-go drink. Really? Overall it was a good experience with afew minor disappointments. Read more

Went in for team dinner after the expo. The wait time was pretty long but worth the wait. Food was amazing. I pigged out all the... food. Very busy but probably could be because of the marathon weekend too. I enjoyed all the food we ordered. Read more
