What kind of pizza place doesn't deliver 3.9 mi away? I'm literally 15 minutes away and I'm out of the delivery area. Back at... home in Rockford Illinois an hour and 15 minutes away Pizza Hut will deliver up to 35 miles and you're telling me in a city asbig as Chicago they can't deliver to a children's hospital knowing the parents can't leave when they're 3.9 miles away. I've been utilizing this Pizza Hut for atleast 5 years and haven't ever had an issue. Just a few minutes ago I call in to place... an order for 3 medium pizzas, 1 of each (sausage cheese and pepperoni) when I asked for the total person stated $54. I askedagain to ensure and she said yeah. I asked that the order be cancelled she got upset and hung up in my face. I did notappreciate that at all. People will think that everyone there is disrespectful when that's not even the case due to the one badapple. Usually they would get 5 stars from me but due to the bad experience I give "her" 1 star. Pizza Hut has classic great pizza. One of my favorites as a kid had always been the stuffed crust pizza from them and having it... again did not disappoint. It's no longer the best pizza I've had, but it's still pretty damn delicious. Read more

My order was placed on line 45 minutes ahead with the scheduled time. But I arrived at the restaurant, nothing is ready and have... to wait another 10 minutes. The floor tiles are broken and covered with a floor mat that it so easy trip and fall. Please fixyour floor by the registers. Customer service from corporate office is bad as the service from the store. Read more
