To much socializing and playing by employees. They didn?t make my order ,then when I came in they told me I could wait 20min... after I placed my order on line. Staff clearly doesn?t listen to direction. I asked for a cheese pizza, then changed it to a chicken pizza. How do I end up with... a sausage pizza. I?m confused. Horrendous customer service. Mediocre food and a complete lack of care for their customers. I will never frequent this Pizza Hut... on 87th and Stony Island again. I would rather drive 10 miles out of my way and get good customer service then deal with this. Read more
I decided to eat here for lunch Very convenient location I like the fact that the food is made to order the only reason I gave... this restaurant three stars on 91st and Stony Island the cashier/cook female was kinda short/ rude (you felt as if she wassaying hurry up so I can take your order and get you out of here, only she didn?t say it out loud she just treated us all thatway ). Remember customer service is always important no matter what you are hired to do if it?s to cook, clean, work as acashier, manage the place great customer service will always be remembered. Ordered online which is cool, but they didnt get my pizza order right. How do you mess up the order when it's spelled out on the... computer screen? I ordered beef and bacon large pizza, does this photo look like only beef and bacon? It is partially my faultfor not checking before I left restaurant. Will check each and every time before I leave. Great as usual. This is the Pizza Hut I like to vist when I'm in the area. I called in my order and my pizza was ready in 15... minutes, which was perfect. I ordered a 1 medium Cheese and 1 medium supreme. Read more
I use the app so that I can receive Reward points toward food items. My pizza was ready when I arrived and it was fantastic.
