The ordering board was out, the guy at he window acted as if I knew what code he was asking me about on my phone " coupon code"... when I was looking at the menu. They were fully out of sides so he gave us 2 boxes of cold fries. We wanted to get just darkmeat instead of fries and was told nope!. This is the worse Popeyes I've EVER been in. From the door slamming, to the dirty tables and floors. Everything behind the... counter was absolutely HORRIFYING!! The chicken didn't taste nothing like Popeye's, it tasted looks its been cooked in very oldgrease. I'm SURE they have a rodent issue just by how nasty it is. They mess up my order EVERY SINGLE TIME I ORDER! I try my best to give them the benefit of the doubt but only way your getting... your correct is by walking in, waiting forever, checking your bag BEFORE leaving & letting them know... ordering delivery iscompletely pointless. Thus is my first time in this Popeyes to pick up a delivery for Doordash. When I walk in I told them I'm picking for doordash ... gave them the name and they said ok but we don't have spicy chicken so I called customer they ok. Mild is fine. 20mins waitingfor them to get a 8pc. Order they never did customers order. Everyone come in and complanes about there order they made therebut I was there first and mines was a small order there's was bigger so I said when I gonna get my order they said I'm gonnahave to wait. I said I've been waiting manager got mad started screaming at me telling me to cancel the order. With badattitude. They are very disrespectful workers there all the workers there are arguing with customers. Never going there againwaste of my time with people like that. This store needs to be closed forever. Wait for 45 minutes for a chicken sandwich to be ready. The server handled cash without... washing their hands or wearing a glove to touch my food. When I try to talk to the staff, they just ignore me. When the order isalmost ready, it just needs to be put in a bag. They started taking drive-thru. This store needs help. The chicken was cold amd the service was bad. They didn't have any tenders or nuggets or sandwiches... because everything was "Frozen". Ended up getting 2 3PC dinners 1 spicy, 1 mild. Ended up getting two spicy dinners. One dinnerhad 3 wings in it. Do not go to this Popeyes. There is one at Broadway and Pratt. After waiting 30 minutes for my 5 piece dinner that was already cooked and under the heater, I see the Manager emerge from the... bathroom in a haste to ask me for the 3rd time, "what did you order?" An ubereats driver also waited 30+ minutes for an orderthat was said to be ready when she arrived. The lady behind me came to get her cajun Turley that was prepaid for in which theytold her they didn't have em. She too had to wait just to get refunded. When I mentioned to the Manager that the 2 men in behindme haven't ordered yet, he proceeds to tell me, "worry about yourself don't worry about other people." ???? From there be goeson to tell me he's been the manager their for 9 years and could care less about Customer service. He staff then gangs up on mein what has to be the most disrespectful customer service experience I've ever had in my life. The ubereats driver said, "myboyfriend told me to cancel orders from this place." And the worker's response proudly was ,"you should of listened to yourboyfriend."
