My chicken was extra extra hard I had to pay my friend to take me there. To get my food and get home and find my order was not... completed the way I ordered it. So I had to walk back to Popeye's too show them how hard and crispy my chicken was noconsideration of my time. And nothing for my inconvenience besides them replacing the chicken. Read more
They only had fries as sides available. Customer service was offered at bare minimum. Looking through the window it wasn't... clean. The intercom didn't work so you could only order at the window meaning the line was very long. Read more
Ordered my meal through their app set up the time for pick up at 11:05am. Once I arrive my order was not ready and I was asked... to park up and wait for my meal. Waited 20 minutes until I was running out of time for my lunch break. Went inside and my orderwas ready and cold on top of that they were giving me another customer order. Absolutely hate this location! Customer service is horrible and the wait time is laughable? (even when theres no line).
