This was the first Popeyes that I could get service from. Several of them didn't ever answer the drive-thru mic. This one on... Stony Island gave me exactly what I ordered, except they didn't have nuggets that evening. The red beans & rice were ratherbland and not as tasty as other Popeyes. We first pulled in the drive-thru and just sat there for 4-5 mins, no one said nothing, then a young lady came on and said,... "what you need?" So we begin to order, and I said an 8 piece nugget, she said, "nope, none." So I said you mean you don't haveany nuggets, she said, "yes." Then we said can we have two apple pies, she aid, "I got one." The customer service is justhorrible each time I visit this Popeyes, they never have two of anything. As we were leaving, we asked for the cashier to puteach order in a seperate bag, she said, "I will give you another bag, so you can seperate y'all stuff." When it comes to Popeyes I'm one of the sheeple ???????????... This particular location delivered to me exactly what I was... expecting. And there's nothing like killing a craving the right way. Order was delivered but still had that crunchy outside andjuicy tasty meat. Read more

Slow, no sense of urgency, no change or cash for orders. Card reader was the only form of payment when my wife and I visited.... Line was out the door, the drive thru line was even worse. The line was out into the street. Not a tuesday special day oranything. No deals going on. It was just busy and slow. 2pm. This location and the location on 74th and Stony Island must be runby the same manager because both have the same issues. Not visiting either location in the foreseeable. Just terrible. 35 minutes in the drive thru and I haven't ordered yet. Must be nice to consider your customers a captive supply of income and... they can be treated poorly. Edit: total time 55 minutes. And it was edible but not good. Read more

SLOW AS HELL!!! They deserve no stars, the employees are rude. We stood in line for over 30 minutes, the line never moved and... that was on the inside. A Door dasher came in while we were there and the employee totally ignored the young lady. This locationcould use some extensive customer service training and team building exercises. Customer service definitely needs improvement, store just opened no coleslaw no mild tenders and no proper tops. You are suppose... to tell the customer prior to doing something like this. It close so I always go here for lunch but next time I will travel to95 and king drive. Read more
