Just left from my neighborhood Popeyes on 103rd and it?s such a shame the service they give. First, they forget part of my order... which was two chicken sandwiches. Then when going to get it, the girl making the order drops on. Now, in this case the sandwichdid not come out of the bag nor did the bag open to expose anything. My problem is, she saw that I saw what happened and triedto be slick with acting like she was replacing it for a new one. I?ve worked fast food many moons ago and I?m sure nothing haschanged, sanitation wise. So when the food falls ok the ground closed or not, you throw it away. I will be reaching out tocorporate and letting them know this. Clearly, training needs to be done again because some workers don?t seem to know the rulesof fast food. August 23, 2022 at 5:39pm Order # 6; Drive Thru.. I purchased 5 PC for 9.99. I purchased an 8 PC Shrimp for 6.00 and 2 PC 5.49.... Total was $23.68. The 2 PC Chicken was supposed to be spicy. I received old chicken that was not spicy. Instead of a 8 PCShrimp. I received a 5 PC Shrimp. The biscuits was hard as a brick. Horrible food; Horrible customer service. Read more

I can see why they have a 3.3 rating. First I ordered a 5 piece special. 2 pieces were unrecognizable as chicken. On top of... that I didn't receive my 2 biscuits. Rude kept forgetting things and when asked if a drink came with my order she just said no. Didn't ask if I wanted one or advise... me that a drink would be additional$. I had to ask a patron cause I thought she was lying.....never again. Oh on top of thatthe beans and rice was watery like they pit in it and the chicken tenders were all batter. It was absolutely not worth my moneyor time. And no I wasn't irate...hence I asked another patron who gladly advised me that no drink come with the meals and theyusually ask if you want to add one for a dollar. I ordered a 14 piece mixed, and got 1 breast, 5.5 thighs (one thigh was missing a bone and was the size of a wing), 4 wings and... 3 legs. That's a little ridiculous to open a box of chicken and see it half full with tiny pieces of chicken. There's almostalways something wrong when I go to this location. Either they're out of spicy or they just mess up the order. I'm tired ofcalling them when they mess up. I'll have to stop going. (Originally posted a couple months ago on an incorrect location.
