I have never seen popeyes chicken look or be like this. It's mostly breading, it's hard, overcooked, dry, unseasoned chicken and... I'm not even sure what's up with the tender in the second pic, that's just disgusting. Out of red beans, biscuits undercookedslightly. Fries were good and rhe staff was great.. but 5 dollara for a large sweet tea? Inflation of some of these items isridiculous. Idk what happened to the chicken at this location but I will not be back. Decent food, but regularly slow to taken counter orders. One order every 5 to 7 minutes, maybe. Every single person in line has... been told that what they order is cooking, and not ready. There's at least 4 different kinds of chicken that this has been saidfor. 38min in and out. Read more
On a not so busy day I ordered the 12 pieces, 2 LG sides(mashed potatoes and Cajun fries) and 6 biscuits meal but didn't get my... fries. I also asked for plates but instead they just gave me small boxes. Why can't they double check the items before passingout them to customers? Only takes a few minutes to double check guys. Come On! Chicken and coleslaw were good. Be sure to ask for your receipt if using credit card. Skipping past this step is a poor... management decision as they try to speed up time through the drive through. I personally want a receipt for plenty of reasons! Read more
Jennifer was great! We arrived about 9-9:15p and had a couple folks in line ahead of us (and a few behind ????). We changed our... order about 3xs because of the coupon we had and the specials that were available at the time. Jennifer didn't lose her coolwith us, remained friendly, helped us to use the best option, and was very accommodating while we were there. We dined in andaside from the local high school kids who were being unruly our dinner was great and the food was hot and fresh! Well worth itto travel away from our neighborhood (Chatham). ???? Waited in the drive thru for the longest to get my food. By time I got it, it was cold & the 3.79 rice & beans is so small it's... not worth it and they have the nerve not to fill it up! Did not offer nothing for waiting so long! Read more
