My lord. They hand you a bag. Then expect you to read their mind that the order is incomplete. Arrived home with only one of... two sandwiches. Who hands a closed order bag, with an incomplete order, to a customer and watches them walk away... this placedoes. Read more
Food is always great. However we ordered food from this location on Thursday. We placed a delivery order that was supposed to... arrive at 12:47pm. At 12:50 we checked the tracker and no updates to our order had been made. I called the store directly to getan update and the guy who answered the phone said ?we don?t have a delivery driver today. Your food has been ready though socome pick it up?. I was like seriously?? Why didn?t someone call me to tell me this or at least cancel our online deliveryorder. What was comical is at 6am the following day they sent an email stating there was an update to our order. Basically youshouldn?t offer delivery if you can?t deliver, and you should call or email the person who submitted the order right away ifthere is an issue. Horrible customer service and now we can?t order delivery anymore because who knows if it will show up. Read more
When I made it there it was just a few minutes after closing time but I was told it's ok , and I asked if I could sit down to... eat my order and was told yes! Even though they were closing up for the day I felt valued as a customer!! Best feeling ever! Andto add on top of that the sandwich was so fresh, hot and delicious! Everything was AWESOME!!! This is the second time within the last few weeks that I've eaten Potbelly's!!! And neither time was l... disappointed ???????? Both times I had the big wreck macaroni w/bacon and a Strbrry milkshake!!! Honestly I can go on and onabout how good this food was so I hope y'all get the picture. The customer service was great, when it came to making my sandwich it was awful. The employee asked what I wanted on my sandwich... before my sandwich came out, I assumed she had good memory. Once I got home, my sandwich was missing half the toppings. I wouldsuggest instead of rushing, wait until the sandwich comes out of the oven then ask for the toppings so you won?t forget nexttime.
