Stiffed on half of my order. Ordered using the Potbelly app and two items were missing. I tried calling them multiple times but... nobody answers the phone. I then complained via the app. This was 5 days ago and nothing but crickets from them. Ridiculous. Read more

Ok so I've only been 1 time and got a chicken, tomato, and mozzarella sandwich and it was bangin. I honestly wasnt even that... hungry, got the large sandwich for some reason and after that first bite I knew I was going to slam that sandwich one shot. I'mbasing my review on one visit. This shop is always friendly and food consistently good. Always greeted by Sharon or another employee when i enter. She is super... nice and there really seems to be a team effort to get the orders right and get you out the door. Great sevice and staff. Read more

Not hygienic at all. Workers not wearing masks properly, noses are not covered. Cashier/food packer was rubbing her nose and... touching every package leaving the store. I complained to manager. The two staff members were reprimanded right there. They wereand were visibly upset at my comments. I was waiting there for 10 minutes for food and was surprised no other customers oremployees said anything . Read more

The customer service is definitely subpar, after getting an online order wrong, the in-store staff became argumentative and... blamed me for not understanding the in's and outs of utilizing their website to order, I called back to have the orderrefunded, the manager on duty proclaimed that she would personally remake the sandwich, I commented that I didn't even want thesandwich at this point being that it had already been over an hour and a half, but I did in fact want the ice cream. afterwaiting an additional 30 mins, they still managed to forget the ice cream. You had 1 job....hope they are not on the list of"fast" food employee's that want $15.00 an hour. Horrible customer service. The District manager did in fact personally reachout to me to try & make it right, that helps. Read more
