Cashier is always super great. Food a bit pricey but pot pie soup is a must.
This was my favorite place to go for a bowl of chilli and a chocolate cookie....Unfortunately they hired someone that has a... personal problem with me, I only get these two but she insists no matter the amount of people that I should get in line. Why? Noother worker demands this. It's sad because I liked a few employees and it's close to home but this lady again tried to have mewait in line today with no one at register .....won't return IL drive the couple miles for my bowl of chilli minus the personalattitude. Terrible customer service. I was there on Sunday 8/28 at 5:30 pm. I ordered sandwiches for 3 people, including myself. There was... a long line behind me, and the place was understaffed. They only had one person taking your order and two people preparing thesandwiches with the toppings. I was telling one of the employees what toppings to put on the sandwich for my girlfriend (whom Iwas on the phone with) and relaying the information to him. He was patient and understanding. He would repeat what I said justto double check with me. His coworker, however, was extremely rude. He said that I was ?holding up the line?. Mind you, Iordered 3 sandwiches and his coworker was already assisting me with my whole order. He started yelling at me. He told me tohurry up with my toppings; he didn?t even give me time to tell him the toppings for my second or third sandwiches; he decided totake over the other two sandwiches even though his coworker was initially assisting my order. It?s not my fault he?sunderstaffed. His coworker was already helping me, if he was concerned about me ?holding up the line? he could have justassisted the customers behind me. There was no need to hurry me/not let me pick my toppings, much less to yell at me and give meattitude with his tone of voice and posture. Needless to say, I will not be going there again. Read more
Took 30 minutes to make 2 sandwiches and even in that time they still made the wrong
Great staff, greeted as soon as I walked in the door. I was picking something up for a friend. Updated me on my order. The staff... seemed like they really cared about their customers. They even greeted a few by names for a young staff I was very surprised.Good crew here. Read more
Reason for a 1 star is because of the customer service I received today , I went in restaurant completely empty they had 1... person waiting for a shake and then me I went up to order my sandwich and the girl was just standing there laughing talking tosomeone that I couldn?t see then she says oh someone is there , while they are still talking ignoring the fact I?m standingthere I finally order walk down to wait to give my topping which took probably 5-6 min I never waiting that long again they arestill talking ignoring me , about time I said hello and they asked for my toppings , I ordered a shake that was ready but washorrible the cup literally was all filled with ice cream outside the guy didn?t even bother cleaning it or even telling me myshake was ready , so I?m standing there and mind you these two have not stopped taking since I walked in , so I?m waiting to payand they are so busy talking I?m standing there waiting and she finally looks and says oh you haven?t been check out I said noand she goes okay with a attitude. Was supposed to write this a month ago but since I just got Potbelly's today and they messed up my order I thought about you... guys and how you guys messed up my order too. When someone orders double meat on a sandwich with extra lettuce that is what thatperson is supposed to get all I got was meat and bread I don't know what it is with you Potbelly's but lettuce don't cost thatmuch so if I ask for extra lettuce give me the extra lettuce if you have to charge me let me know that this going to be upcharge but give me my lettuce who wants to eat just meat and bread get it together man.
